CityNeighborhoodsNYC began in 2013. But that wasn’t the first time I’d ventured into the city to take photos. Here is a collection of my first forays into what has become something much bigger than I eve imagined!

Beginnings …

Here is a collection of photos from before I even knew what this project would be. These are, in fact, the very first set of photos I took in New York City ... the building blocks to what CityNeighborhoods.NYC would eventually become. While the project itself began, in earnest, in 2013, this is a look at my earliest ideas of what capturing this city could be.
